​Terms and Conditions
Becoming a member requires a twelve (12) month membership commitment.
Membership billing begins after your first treatment. A credit card is required for participation in our Membership Program. Your credit card will remain securely on file and each month your credit card will be charged the agreed amount on the same date you started each month.
Memberships may be frozen ONCE.
Any unused treatment will “roll-over” to the following month/s but must be used prior to the end of your contract. Treatments do not roll-over after your membership
expires.
